Terms and Conditions

RETURNING GOODS.

- The customer has 14 days upon receiving the goods from which to return the goods to claim a full refund.

- No refund will be issued until the vendor is in receipt of the returned goods and has verified that the goods have sustained no damage and are of a merchantable quality such as the goods where when originally despatched to the customer. 

- The customer will pay for the costs envolved in returning the goods the cost of which will be reimbursed to the customer if the goods are accepted for a refund.

- The goods must be returned via a recorded delivery service that requires a signature to confirm delivery to prevent goods being lost in transit. If the goods are lost whilst being returned by the customer the vendor then will be unable to issue any refund.

- The amount reimbursed to the customer for the costs incurred in returning the goods shall not exceed the amount charged by the vendor for when the goods where originally shipped to the customer.

- Any refund given will only be repaid back to the original source from which the initial payment for the goods was made by the customer.


 RETURNING GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

- If goods are damaged during transit the customer then has 3 days from which upon receiving the goods to notify the vendor that the goods have been damaged and to make a claim for a refund or replacement goods if stock is available.

- This 3 day grace period allows the customer time to hold the goods in quarantine for a 72 hour period prior to opening and inspecting the goods as a precaution to prevent against possible transmission of the COVID virus.

- Any refund will only be issued when the goods have been returned to and received by the vendor for inspection.

- The customer will pay for the costs envolved in returning the goods the cost of which will be reimbursed to the customer if the goods are accepted for a refund.
